If you wish to cancel and delete your data from accounts created in applications developed by Pasteur Soft (formerly MedicoSoft), please fill out the following cancellation and data deletion form:

 

1. Complete all required fields of the form with the required information.

2. Select the submit button.

3. Our support team will process your request and notify you once the deletion and data erasure process is complete. Please note that this process may take some time.

 

The deleted data will include personal information such as phone number, email address, name, username, and password. The incidents you created, as well as the documents you shared, will remain, as this is a work application and belongs to the company that purchased the service.
